1. mild fatty liver.

2. small cyst in Lt. lateral lobe(about 19 mm).

3. Irregular GB wall thickening with suspicious internal comet tail artifacts, possible

GB sludge, and posterior chadowing in fundus.

> Ddx. chronic cholecystitis including xanthogranulomatous cholecystitis with GB

sludge or stones.

GB cancer wtih GB sludge or stones.

diffuse adenomyomatosis with GB sludge or stones.

4. small Lt. renal cyst(about 11 mm).

5. No significant abnormal lesion in the spleen, pancreas(limited evalaution of tail),

and both kidneys.

6. No signifciant dilatation of IHD and proximal CD.

Rec) for further evaluation, dynamic enhanced CT scan is recommended.

3. normal contour and enhancement of liver with a few simple cysts

4. mild dilatation of IHD without definite distal pathology

> possiblesenile change

5. no remarkable finding in other solid organs and bowels

6. enlargement of prostate, suggesting BPH

7. no ascites or significant lymphadenopathy

8. no remarkable finding in scanned lung base and bones
