건강검진을 하면서 MRI를 찍었는데, 결과를 영어로 이렇게 알려 왔는데, 무슨 뜻인지 좀 알려주세요~

제가 손목이 안좋아요.
수술은 정말 무서운데... 대강 어느정도의 치료가 필요한지 알고 병원을 가고 싶어서요..
