1. 1) Gradually progression of reticulation, tracion bronchiectacsis and honeycombing in both lungs with subpleural and basal predominance, definite UIP.
2) Patchy areas of GGO in both lungs, R/O active inflammation.
2. Small to borderline lymph nodes in mediastinum and both hilar to interlobar areas, indeterminate.
3. 1) Heavy coronary artery calcifications.
2) Aterosclerosis and initmal calcifiction in thoracic aorta
