Skin,(right thigh),punch biopsy:

Moderate atypical lage T cell infiltration with ulcer, suggestive of atypical monoclonal T-cell proliferation of undetermined significance.

Note:

-indolent T cell lymphoproliferative disease is suspicious.Pityriasis lichenoides and infection cannot be ruled out.

Close follow-up and clinical correlation is recommended.

*CD3 : positive

*CD30(ki-1) : positive

*CD4 : negative

*CD8 : positive



2)

A)Skin,(right flank,a),punch biopsy:

-Mild superficial perivascular lymphocytic infiltration.

B)Skin,(right flank,b) punch biopsy:

-Moderate atypical large T cell infiltration with uncer , suggestive of atypical monoclonal T-cell proliferation of

undetermined significance.

NOTE:

-indolent T cell lymphoproliferative disease is suspicious. Pityriasis lichenoides and infection

cannot be ruled out.Close follow-up and clinical correlation is recommended.

*CD3 : positive

*CD30(ki-1) : negative

*CD4 : negative

*CD8 : positive

*EBV : negative (<10%)

*KI-67 : 20%

*TCR delta : negative

*CD2 : positive

*CD5 : positive

*CD56 : negative
