어머니가 건강검진 때 위내시경 도중 암이 발견되어서 조직검사를 하셨는데 그 조직병리 진단서와 소견서를 받았습니다. 심각한건지 어느정도로 진행된건지 치료는 가능한지 등 자세하게 설명해주시면 너무너무 감사드리겠습니다..

소견서입니다.

소견서내용 : 상기 환자 초진 환자로 소화가 안된다, 가슴이 막힌 것처럼 속이 그윽된다. 주소로 공단 검진 위내시걍 상 AGC 나와 수술적 치료와 further evaluation & Tx 고진선처 치료 문의드립니다.

GFS (24년 8월 5일검) Advanced gastric cancer Borrmann 2 (ulcerolimited)

Size:6cm-7cm.(병변 크기는 생검겸자오픈 크기:5mm) fundus에 비교적 경계가 명확한 커다란 ulcerolimited oval shape의 depressed lesion이 관찰됨. 병변 가장자리는 불규칙하며 붉게 관찰되며 병변 base(바닥은 ulcer로 덮혀있으며 uneven하며 하얀 plaque로 덮여있음. 주변 주름변화는 : 주름이 brupt cutting(갑자기 끊김), clubbing(곤봉지)로 관찰됨:색조변화는 발적됨. 비교적 well demarcated margin.

bx(8개수) 시행. CLO시행 - 양성 R/O AGC

T-col (24년 8월 5일) imp)colon polypectomy AV상방에서 70-80cm까지 관찰함.

AV 상방 48cm, size:4mm 있어 인젝터 후 snare로 polypectomy 시행. Bx(1개) : mixed hyperplastic-adenomatous polyp

NBI kudo pit : NICE : JNET분류;
수면아네폴 68cc/장정결(좋음)/검사중상태(특이사항없음)

여기까지가 소견서 내용입니다. 아직 초기인건지 진행이 빠르게될지 등이 궁금합니다. 너무 걱정되네요.. 자세히 설명해주시면 너무너무 감사하겠습니다.
