mcl 및 acl이 proximal portion에서 diffuse thickening 및 signal intensity 의 증가 소견이 보이나, continuity 의 disruption 은 없어 partial rupture 로 사료됨
joint space 와 suprapatella bursa 등에는 high signal intensity 의 hemarthrosis 소견을 보임.
Lateral femoral condyle 과 lateral tibial condyle 의 posterior aspect 에 proton FS image 상 patchy high signal intensity를 보임.
그러나 cortical disruption 이나 depression 소견은 없음.
joint 주변의 soft tissue 에 diffuse thickening 및 high signal intensity change 를 보이고 있음.

결론: 1. Grade 2 rupture on the proximal portion of MCL.
2. Partial rupture on the proximal portion of ACL
3. Lateral femoral condyle 과 lateral tinial condyle의 posterior aspect 에 bone bruise.
4. Hemarthrosis.
5. Joint 주변의 soft tissue 에 diffuse contusion.

의증 : Complete rupture of proximal portion of ACL
