결론 : Prominent cerabral sulci and cerebellar folia, suggestive of brain atrophy.
-with secondary ventriculomegaly.
A tiny pineal cyst
No abnormal enhancing lesions in the brain.
2017년 8월 18일 뇌사진
결론 : 1.T2 /FLAIR high signal intensity lesion in bilateral periventricular WM and centrum semiovale of frontotemporalobe
Probable CTx induced leukoencephalopathy
2. Hydrocephalus
3. A pineal cyst
4. Rt maxillary and ethmoid sinusitis
5. No abnormal enhancing lesion
현재 증상은 잘 걷지 못하고 학습능력이 많이 떨어지고, 소리를 자주 지르고, 난폭합니다...
희노애락이 없는듯이.. 속상해서 아이옆에서 울기라도 하면.. 예전엔 같이 울던 아이가
지금은 그냥 웃기만 합니다...

결론 : Prominent cerabral sulci and cerebellar folia, suggestive of brain atrophy.
(현저한 대뇌, 소뇌의 이랑 --> 뇌의 위축)
-with secondary ventriculomegaly. (2차적 뇌실크기증가)
A tiny pineal cyst (작은 송과체 낭)
No abnormal enhancing lesions in the brain.
(뇌의 조영되는 부위 없음)

결론 : 1.T2 /FLAIR high signal intensity lesion in bilateral periventricular WM and centrum semiovale of frontotemporalobe
(T2 /FLAIR 에서 양 뇌실 주위 백질과 전측두엽의 난형중심에 고음영소견)
Probable CTx induced leukoencephalopathy
(항암치료 후 생긴 백질뇌병증일 것으로 보임)
2. Hydrocephalus
(수두증)
3. A pineal cyst
(송과체 낭)
4. Rt maxillary and ethmoid sinusitis
(우측 위턱, 벌집굴 염)
5. No abnormal enhancing lesion
(비정상적으로 조영되는 곳은 없음)
여러가지 소견이 보이지만 결론적으로는 뇌의 손상이 있고 뇌의 수두증이 있다는 소견입니다.

(뇌의 조영되는 부위 없음)
